- Return Requests

Please ensure that the item is unused and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of used, damaged, or missing labels. - Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you and begin processing your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable on returns unless the item is defective or incorrect. - Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (for example, size or color), please follow the return procedures and specify the item you wish to exchange when returning.
Due to inventory management, the availability of requested exchange items cannot be guaranteed. - Return Procedures
